Shipping Help
When will my package arrive?
To review the estimated delivery rate for your selected shipping method, please refer to our Shipping Methods page. You can check on the status of your package by selecting the tracking/customs link located in your shipping notification email.
Once shipped, most packages will arrive within the estimated time frame provided for the selected shipping method, but occasional delays may occur, especially during busy holidays or extreme weather conditions. International shipments may experience delays due to customs. All delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
If your order is shipping via USPS First Class Mail International, please allow up to 8 weeks from the shipment date for your package to arrive. This method is not fully tracked, and due to the unpredictability of international customs, exact delivery estimates cannot be provided.
Where does Pusheen Shop ship to?
Due to recent updates in international shipping policies, Pusheen Shop is unable to ship orders valued under 135 GBP to the United Kingdom.
We are able to ship orders to most regions that USPS or FedEx offers service to. Pusheen Shop also also allows for orders to be shipped to PO boxes and military addresses.
Pusheen Shop does not offer some shipping methods for the following countries:
Argentina
China
Croatia
Hong Kong
Malaysia
Philippines
Russia
Singapore
Taiwan
Thailand
If you plan on having your order shipped to a hotel, we highly recommend contacting the staff at the hotel you’re staying at to inquire about their policies regarding package deliveries. Please keep in mind that all delivery rates provided by Pusheen Shop and the shipping service are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed within the time frame of your hotel stay. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the appropriate information to the hotel.
If you choose to have your items sent to a third party international forwarding service, we cannot guarantee their services or deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the appropriate information to the forwarding service. We work primarily with FedEx and cannot provide any assistance regarding the forwarding service.
Pusheen Shop is not responsible for any packages that are lost or returned to sender when using a third party forwarding service.
How much will my shipping cost?
We want to make sure to offer our customers the best deal on shipping costs, so we now offer two flat-rate shipping options for US customers!
The prices you see at checkout will be the same no matter what you order and where you live— just select the shipping you want and we’ll ship it out to you using the best appropriate methods!
For international customers, the cost of shipping will depend on the size of the order and the final destination country. To calculate the shipping cost for your order, continue through checkout to the review stage. All available shipping methods and fees will be updated according to your shipping address country and zip code. A preview of the shipping costs is also displayed when reviewing the contents of your bag via desktop, though note the customs charge may be missing from this estimate.
Please note that some larger items may have additional shipping fees. These fees will be indicated on the product’s page and will also appear during checkout.
If I’m ordering less stuff, can I get cheaper shipping?
Right now, we only offer a flat rate for orders shipped in the United States.
By shipping your items this way, we are able to save you even more money on all of your orders. Your shipping rates will not increase regardless of how many items you order or where you live in the United States!
When will my order ship?
Most orders are typically shipped out within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. Pusheen Shop does not ship out orders on weekends or US holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to a high volume of orders, especially during holidays or sales.
The delivery rate estimates (as provided by the shipping carriers) do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Information for Larger Packages
Larger orders may ship in repurposed or recycled boxes as needed. These boxes may be marked with previous package and product information for Pusheen Shop that is not applicable to the contents of your order and does not indicate any previously intended recipients of your order.
Can I provide specific delivery instructions for my package?
We are unable to provide mail carriers specific delivery instructions for shipments and deliveries. We recommend contacting your local post office to see what the standard protocol for handling deliveries may be in your area.
Pusheen Shop only offers shipping through the USPS (United States Postal Service) or through FedEx and we do not offer delivery by or transfers to other shipping companies such as UPS or DHL at this time. When shipping internationally, your package will be handed over to your local postal system for customs and delivery.
Where does Pusheen Shop ship from?
Pusheen Shop ships all ordered packages from the Chicago, Illinois, area to a variety of destinations worldwide!
We do not have any shipping or fulfillment centers at any other locations at this time.
Can my package be delivered on a specific date?
We are unable to provide delivery for orders by or on specific dates. If you need a package to be delivered by a certain day, please review our available shipping methods to see which option may best suit your needs.
In some cases, we may be able to wait a few days to ship out a package, but we still are not able to control what specific date or time the package may be delivered.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet and you would like to change your shipping address please contact us. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.
Please note that changing the shipping address on your Pusheen Shop account does not change the shipping address on your order. You must contact us directly to make any changes.

Your selected delivery estimate does not begin until your order has been fully processed and shipped. This process normally takes about 1 to 3 business days. The shipping methods available to you during checkout may vary depending on the content, weight, and destination of your order.
SUPER SAVER SHIPPING
- Available for orders with total weight less than 1.00 lb.
- $5.00 flat shipping cost.
- Orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
- Estimated delivery within 3 to 8 business days of shipment. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee.
STANDARD SHIPPING
- $11.00 flat shipping cost.
- Orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Shipping, UPS, or FedEx depending on the weight, value, and travel distance of package.
- Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days of shipment. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
- Orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Express Shipping, with value, weight, and travel distance of package determining cost.
- Estimated delivery within 2 days of shipment. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee and does not include processing time.
